2015 a AtualAvaliação da expressão e regulação da enzima desiodase tipo 3 em neoplasias mamárias
Este projeto tem por objetivo avaliar a expressão da enzima D3 através de técnicas de imuno-histoquímica em amostras tumorais de paciente com câncer de mama, correlacionando estes achados com dados clínicos e estadio tumoral. Confirmando-se esta correlação, pretendemos ampliar a investigação para a avaliação da regulação desta enzima em linhagens celulares de neoplasia de mama, a fim de identificar possíveis vias de sinalização implicadas neste mecanismo oncogênico.
